Shereen Pavlides is a best selling cookbook author, professionally-trained Chef and International Social Media Chef Influencer, reaching millions worldwide on TikTok (@CookingwithShereen) with over 5 Million followers; over half million to multiple million Views and Likes on every video. Her highest TikTok video to date; (BEST Banana Bread) reached 34.3 million Views with 4.7 million Likes. She uses all her own created, developed and tested recipes for all platforms. In addition, she has a steadily growing Instagram; @CookingwithShereen (1.2 million followers), YouTube Channel; Cooking with Shereen (1.4 million subscribers) and Facebook  (1.7 million followers), sharing and teaching her love of Cooking from Scratch.. Because you Can! 

 

Shereen was a spokesperson and On-Air guest at QVC for Cook's Essentials, QVC's proprietary brand of cookware, bakeware, appliances and culinary gadgets. She presented and demonstrated (over 186 Live Airings) to over 100 millions homes in the US. 

She's also hosted Cook This! with Shereen, a weekly digital video series for GateHouse Media, where she shared her love for fresh and simple food. She also wrote a weekly food column for their newspapers: Bucks County Courier Times, Burlington County Times, The Intelligencer, The Herald Standard and Timesonline.com, developing all of her own creations.  In addition, she was a food stylist for QVC's live on-air cooking shows and culinary products. She also developed recipes for national food companies, these recipes and images are featured in national print, TV, online and video projects. 

 

She's also crafted confections for TLC's popular hit show, Cake Boss, under master baker Buddy Valastro. Shereen graduated with honors from (ICE), the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City with a Culinary Arts degree, externed at Good Housekeeping Magazine's test kitchen and interned at the Fountain Restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel, under chef Martin Hamann in Philadelphia. 
 

Shereen has donated her time to various charitable organizations such as: National Foundation for Cancer Research (NFCR), Autism Speaks, Ronald McDonald House, Urban Promise Youth Ministries, City Harvest's Bid Against Hunger, James Beard Foundation, Living Word Community Church, Share Our Strength, & Food Bank of South Jersey.

She is the founder & creator of "Gourmet Dinner in a Basket".
